Hearth & Haven specializes in bespoke furniture design, custom upholstery, antique restoration, furniture repair, home decor accessories, and interior design consultation. We also commit to sustainable timber sourcing and offer nationwide delivery. All services are subject to availability, client consultation, and explicit agreement on project scope and cost.

3. Orders and Payments
All orders for bespoke furniture or restoration projects require a detailed consultation and a formal quotation. A deposit, typically 50% of the total project cost, is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods. All prices are quoted in EUR (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery and Installation
Hearth & Haven offers nationwide delivery within Ireland. Delivery timelines are estimated and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. While we take utmost care during transit, any damage sustained during delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Installation services for larger items can be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our furniture and restoration services, orders cannot typically be cancelled or returned once production has commenced or restoration work has begun, unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or material not caused by the customer. Any issues must be promptly reported to our sales team. For non-bespoke home decor accessories, a 14-day return policy applies, provided items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, text, graphics, logos, and images on this website are the property of Hearth & Haven or its content suppliers and are protected by Irish and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this site is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hearth & Haven shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
